Refund policy
COFFEE: We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee.
CANCELLATIONS: We do not accept cancellations after your order has been processed and sent out for shipment.
DAMAGED/ITEM ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
